Whose Nightmare is it, Anyway?

     Wiseman laughed.  "Poor Sailor Moon... you do not realize how
truly doomed you are, do you?"  He cast a glance toward the shadows. 
"I think it is time for you to introduce yourself, child."
     A semi-familiar youthful voice rang out across the battlefield. 
"I am *not* a child!"
     Sailor Moon froze, swallowing hard.  She knew that voice. 
"Ch-chibi-Usa?"
     "That used to be my name.  Sort of," the girl said, as she
emerged from the shadows, the high heels of her red leather boots
clicking against the pavement with every step.  "But I'd like you to
call me 'Lilith' now, thank you very much."  She smirked.
     All of the Senshi stared at her in thorough shock.  The girl
they had once known as Chibi-Usa had aged a few years into her
pre-teens, her body not yet mature.  She wore a red strapless
high-leg leotard, with powder blue bat-print stockings.  Sleeves much
like her stockings sheathed her arms, ending in a ring of white
feathers just below each shoulder.
     Lilith's most notable change, however, was the pair of red
bat-like wings joined to her back, mirrored by a small pair which
framed her head.
     The succubus smiled, her scarlet-hued eyes almost glowing in the
dim light of the streetlamps.  "C'mon, Sailor Moon.  Let's play."
     She pulled a top hat from nowhere and tossed it into the air. 
It landed, settling precariously upon Sailor Moon's head.
     "Gotcha!"  Lilith snapped her fingers, giggling.  "Showtime!" 
In an explosion of magician's smoke, her clothes changed to a
bunny-girl outfit.
     The remainder of the Senshi could only watch in horror as Sailor
Moon's eyes began to glaze over.  "Gome--n ne tsuna--o
janakuuuuute..."
     Minutes later, the Gloomy Puppet Show ended.
     Lilith was among the first to recover, transforming her large
wings into hands to prop herself up while she shook her head to clear
it.  "Argh," she muttered.  "I thought that attack wasn't supposed to
hurt *me*!"

Author's notes: What brought this on?  Well, a while back, I bought
Darkstalkers 3 for the PSX, and happened to notice Araki Kae's name
in the voice credits for the game.  (She plays Chibi-Usa for the most
part in the original Japanese Sailor Moon episodes, for those of you
who might not know who she is.)  As far as I can tell, she's the
voice of Lilith in the game, and perhaps some other voices as well.
Needless to say, that led to a few jokes here and there, and I
finally got the idea to write a spamfic for it one morning.  :)
